Payment Methods
1.
Centering Corporation will accept payment through Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. However, we are unable to accept
credit, debit or check cards issued by banks outside of the United
States and Canada.
For credit card purchases, Centering
Corporation will require the credit, debit or check card number,
expiration date and security code for your card at the time of
purchase to protect against unauthorized usage.
The security
code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your
card that may be printed on the signature panel on the back of your
Visa, MasterCard or Discover card. This number will be located on
the front of American Express cards.
By placing your order,
you represent and warrant to Centering Corporation that the use of
your credit card is authorized and legal. Keep in mind, it is your
responsibility to promptly notify your bank of any changes to your
billing information or of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of your
credit card number.
2.
Centering Corporation can also provide invoicing for CURRENT
customers. If you are a new customer and need to be invoiced, you
will need to provide a Purchase Order number. If this is not
provided, your order will not be fulfilled until we are able to
contact you for a Purchase Order number or pre-payment information.
Pricing

only, and that they do not apply until the product leaves our

Corporation’s control, once your order leaves our facilities, we
cannot assume liability for late deliveries, regardless of the
delivery method you specify.
A signature is typically required
for delivery. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept
delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address

package.
Please note that Centering Corporation is not able to
adjust the shipping address once a package has left our

arrangements for reshipment.

All products must be packed

Corporation will assess a 20% restocking fee on any CDs or
DVDs.
NOTE:
Centering Corporation recommends that you (1) use a carrier that
offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your
package for safe return to Centering Corporation or declare the full
value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the
shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use
a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full
value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage
to the product during shipping.
Canceling/Changing
Orders
If for any reason you need to
cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping
address, please call us at (866) 218-0101 or (402)
553-1200.
Generally, we cannot cancel an order once it has
shipped from our facility. Therefore, the sooner you call the better
our chance of catching your order in time. Be aware that most orders
do ship within 24 hours. If we are unable to make the change before
the order is processed and shipped, you will need to return the item.
Damaged Deliveries
Products
damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the consignee
(customer) and the carrier.
If a
shipment is received partially
damaged, have the carrier indicate the extent of the damage on the
bill of lading before signing for receipt of the delivery. Once this
has been done, it is the customer’s/purchaser’s
responsibility to contact the carrier for the settlement of
claim.
If the shipment is completely
damaged, refuse the delivery. Contact us at (866) 218-0101 or (402)
553-1200 for a replacement shipment and specify that the original
shipment was refused due to damages.
If you need assistance,
our staff will be able to answer any questions and can help you in
filing your claim.
If
a shipment is received and there are concealed
damages, the purchaser must file a claim with
the carrier within 72 hours. The carrier will then arrange for an
inspection and settlement of claim.
